SHIPPING INFORMATION – INDIA
DTDC ships all domestic orders, and each package takes 3-10 working days to arrive. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number with a link to track your order. We can be reached on WhatsApp on +91-7696475206 if you have any questions about the status of your shipment
Shipping Charges:
For select pin codes, we also offer Express shipping for an additional charge of Rs.300/- per consignment.
There is a 24-72 hour delivery timeframe. If you would like express delivery, please contact our team via Whatsapp before checking out.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – INTERNATIONAL
Delivery Method:
For International Delivery’s we use DHl Express & FedEx. It takes 4-10 working days normally for the order to be delivered. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by which you can track it online yourself. We can not be held responsible for any delay or damage in shipment due to custom clearance, non-availability of recipient or any unforeseen circumstances. we are only facilitator to provide delivery at your door step by third-party agency.
International Shipping Charges:
For placing any international order it is mandatory to connect with us at +91-7696475206, so exact shipping price can be calculated according to your order and weight with package
Depending on the size and weight of the consignment, shipping charges will vary.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes based on their country’s regulations. Upon delivery, you will be billed separately by the courier company.
We charge shipping based on your shipping destination and parcel weight. In addition to package weight and customs clearance, shipping companies consider a variety of other factors when determining shipping charges. It is not possible for us to provide the duty amount. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
Unless otherwise indicated, order cut-off times are only guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. It may take up to 72 hours to dispatch all orders during Indian public holidays. We estimate delivery times based on the date of dispatch only and are not to be regarded as a guarantee.
The timing of our deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities, unavoidable circumstances, or other circumstances beyond our control. You can expect a seamless shopping experience from us. We will work hard to ensure that your order is delivered at the earliest possible time. It would be appreciated if you would bear with us in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
In order to avoid last-minute problems, it is best to keep some extra days in hand before placing the order.
As soon as an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected.
Upon receiving an order, a signature and proof of identification are required.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
There is currently only one destination address allowed for each order. We recommend placing multiple orders or contacting our team on WhatsApp if you wish to ship products to different addresses.
Including processing time, we strive to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of placing the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure some materials.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
